Kneippbecken Schleching

The so-called hydrotherapy according to the priest and naturopath Sebastian Kneipp can also be used in the mountaineering village of Schleching. At the Alpbach, surrounded by beautiful nature, a water treading pool invites you to take a refreshing Kneipp therapy in the middle of the Chiemgau Alps. The cold water in the Kneipp pool stimulates the circulation and promotes blood flow.

Kneipp circular trail Schleching

The Kneipp treading pool in the mountaineering village in the Achental is part of the Schleching Kneipp circular trail. There are various stations along the easy 3.5-kilometer-long route where you can do Kneipp therapy or walk barefoot. In addition to an arm bathing fountain, a Kneipp treading pool and a foot bathing pool provide Kneipp-style cooling. A small section of the circular trail also runs along the stream bed, where you can let the gently rounded stones in the water massage your feet.

Right next to the Kneipp pool there is a small fitness park with three different permanently installed training machines in the middle of nature.
