Below the Weitlahnerkopf, at 1,340 metres, lies the Haidenholzalm.
From Schleching, the route goes through the Alpbachtal up into the Chiemgau mountains. Northeast of the Blumenberg Geigelstein, below the Weitlahnerkopf, lies the Haidenholzalm at 1,340 meters. During the grazing season during the alpine summer, the Weberbauer-Kaser offers traditional alpine dishes such as cheese or bacon bread and drinks, while the Linner-Kaser also offers refreshing drinks. From the Haidenholzalm, you can also enjoy a wonderful view to the east. The view stretches from the Hochgern to the Berchtesgaden and Lofer mountains. From the Haidenholzalm, the path continues into the huge mountain basin between the Weitlahnerkopf and the mountains north of the Geigelstein, as well as to the Roßalm.
